Flight AC850 from Calgary Canada to London Heathrow.Two options given to passengers in economy class, Pasta or chicken dinner. Ordered Chicken, food was surprisingly good. Comes with small salad, water, bun butter and sweet. Portion was small but adequate.Service was fast and efficient. Flight was fully booked still Flight Attendants were serving with smile.Now getting ready to brush and then try to sleep for few hours. Will be back with review of breakfast.Breakfast wasn’t good. Very small cup of yoghurt, small croissant with coffee. Coffee served cold. Very basic almost disappointing

Absolutely the worst airline in the world period end of story planes are not upgraded at least from small airports and they are too subsidized by my goverment if they can't make it on there own then thats that.

I want to share my experience of meeting Air Canada representative Mark, at the Regina Airport. Honestly I heard couple negative reviews about Air Canada staff. But if everyone worked like Mark does, Air Canada would never have a bad review.

I flew in one of the smaller jets. It was comfortable enough. It beats flying in the prop planes. The staff has been great. Especially Karin. She came to help me as I am disabled. She was kind, friendly and helpful. She made things easier for me to get through the airport.

Nope, wouldn't do that again in my lifetime, boy have things changed, they used to be the best. Post pandemic, not the same folks. Very rushed and too many people, I masked everytime I was on the planes. Never a hand with my luggage up or taking it down cause I couldn't do it. Always someone that didn't work there helping me with my disabilities. It's just not the same 5 star experience anymore. Sorry guys you have to do better here.

Worst Air Line (Strongly Not Recommended)Air Canada is the worst air line in the world. I am frequent traveler, have traveled with many air lines. I always found that Air Canada has the worst service.My recent experience is the worst ever. I with my family went to San Francisco to attend wedding of my cousin, last week. The first flight from my city to Vancouver was late for 45 minutes. Consequently, we missed our flight from Vancouver to San Francisco.We had to stay in Vancouver for a night which was not paid by Air Canada as they said it was delayed due to weather.Before we leave the Vancouver air port, I asked the Air Canada baggage attendant to get my check-in luggage. He told me to leave it with them because it was ready for the flight next day. He took long time to obtain this information. I trusted him and decided to leave my luggage there.Next morning (Oct 11) , at 3.00 am we forced our kids (2 year and 4 year) to wake up so the flight is not missed.We confirmed about our check-in luggage and we were told again that it will go in our flight but when we got to San Francisco, we found that our luggage was not there, it was still in Vancouver.We reported to Air Canada at San Francisco air port. They told us that the luggage would be coming in next flight from Vancouver to San Francisco on the same day.We went to our destination and called Air Canada on that evening. They said the luggage has been detected but hasn't come to San Francisco air port and would come next day (Oct 12).The wedding was 3 days event, we had to miss the first day (Oct 11) because our dresses were in our luggage. On Oct 12, I called again (many times) to get my luggage and I was told that it would be delivered by evening on the same day. Consequently, we had to miss our second function (wedding ceremony) as well.I called them (many times) on Oct 12th, evening and asked for the delivery of my luggage. There was no good response. They only confirmed that it is at San Francisco air port. The customer service representatives were kept on saying that they are trying to contact the Air Canada luggage center at the air port San Francisco but unable to contact them. This was quiet strange for me to know that a company employees cannot contact with in their organization.Look at their internal communication channel and procedures
