Kastner Auctions has been a good experience for my selling/buying needs. We have had great success in selling our items, as we have been consignors, for years. In addition, I have purchased many items. Preview any item you wish to purchase, so you really understand what you are bidding on, remember that there are auction fees, on top and prices can be unpredictable. Our thanks goes to Mikayla, the consignment desk guru, Lara, who is a gem in solving problems that come up, and does so in a hurry and finally, Ernest and Steve who have used their patience to guide us through a few hiccups.

Flight AC850 from Calgary Canada to London Heathrow.Two options given to passengers in economy class, Pasta or chicken dinner. Ordered Chicken, food was surprisingly good. Comes with small salad, water, bun butter and sweet. Portion was small but adequate.Service was fast and efficient. Flight was fully booked still Flight Attendants were serving with smile.Now getting ready to brush and then try to sleep for few hours. Will be back with review of breakfast.Breakfast wasn’t good. Very small cup of yoghurt, small croissant with coffee. Coffee served cold. Very basic almost disappointing

I drove 2 hours out of town to pick my stuff up and because I forgot I needed an appointment, they did not release it to me. I have been a loyal customer with you guys for years and that's the treatment I get. He was very disrespectful as well. And all my stuff is still there! Not good business practice at all. Will be contacting upper management about this issue

I won an item 1.5 months ago. Still no word on shipping. Also only one picture per item? You guys have to put more, it's not difficult. Don't tell me about the 8000 items per week, you guys need to hire more people because 1.5 month for shipping within Canada is ridiculous.

Didn't look like much from outside but, there's a lot of stuff in here at good prices. Actual good stuff not cheap Chinese stuff

We have been dealing with Kastner's Auctions for many years. Steve has always done his very best to accommodate our consignment requests. He works tirelessly and is very organized. Taylor is precise and very helpful when dealing with consignors, always making it easy for you on a one to one basis. Ernest is also a fabulous guy. Always there to calm you with his sense of humor. Absolutely the worst airline in the world period end of story planes are not upgraded at least from small airports and they are too subsidized by my goverment if they can't make it on there own then thats that.
